Your biggest revelation since taking an interesting in health and fitness?
Mine is realizing that there is no such thing as a perfect diet. The body is not a machine designed in a way that you put in some magical diet and it shits out miracles and marathons. But it IS truly awesome in the way that it will make do with what it has. THAT is what it does best.
I stopped trying to find the perfect diet, and now I just have a (very) good diet, work hard, train hard and rest well.

Mine was that genetics pretty much determine everything, and some faggots look great while having the same diet as me. My cousin has a 6 pack and lives off 1 meal a day and beer.
Forgot to mention, he plays no sports and doesn’t work out
when you are deadlifting 3 or more plates on each side, shit takes forever to rerack. one way to solve this is to take a 5lb weight, push it under one of the sides of bar, thus elevating it from the ground, making it so much easier to pull out
