Hey ABP, is this recipe healthy for someone who is trying to lose 0+ pounds? Will it ruin my diet?

    If you want to lose weight, you should not eat brownies. Or sweets in general. Or chips, or fast food, or greasy foods, or white bread.

    Yes, but the only things I have eaten today are

    2 apples
    1 orange
    1 slice of tomato/basil pizza
    2 cups of chili (from scratch)

    What do you think?

    I hate those Stand Firm videos, it feels too much like he is trying to sell me something and not enough like he cares about my wellbeing.

    If you’re going to eat very low calorie, eat mostly lean protein or you’re going to have a lot of muscle tissues break down. Aim for 150g of lean protein per day, eat that in as many meals as you’d like – anything from 1-4 would be ideal, you don’t need to eat often to absorb protein, and keep metabolism fast, etc. Take 10g of fish oil and a good quality multivitamin daily with your meal(s). Eat a little low calorie fibrous vegetables and/or a fiber supplement, too.
