		<description>If you&#039;re going to eat very low calorie, eat mostly lean protein or you&#039;re going to have a lot of muscle tissues break down. Aim for 150g of lean protein per day, eat that in as many meals as you&#039;d like - anything from 1-4 would be ideal, you don&#039;t need to eat often to absorb protein, and keep metabolism fast, etc. Take 10g of fish oil and a good quality multivitamin daily with your meal(s). Eat a little low calorie fibrous vegetables and/or a fiber supplement, too.</description>
