uh you don’t really need powder or shakes to build muscles. All you need is a good diet. Eat chicken!
the whey stuff is for the elite
doesnt exactly help lol
Is sorta right. You can get a bag of like 7 boneless, skinless chicken breasts for like 8 dollars. Get that and some oatmeal or some pasta. Add i some multivitamins and your diet is done. Sadly, its not terribly cheap but Ive found that I can spend less than $30 a week.
I think getting a fucking job and cashflow is moar important than bulking. Don’t try and bulk with no money
Beans have a lot of protein and are cheap.
Go to costco and buy bags of chicken breasts, salads, beans, a few big cans of oats, and gallons of whole milk.
Dont neglect GOMAD, either. A gallon of whole milk costs 2 bucks and takes up half your diet.
Milk, eggs, chicken, oatmeal and a fuckload of vegetables. Cook lots and pack your lunches. It’s really fucking easy to drop $6-10 on one meal if you’re lazy, or you could use that money to get two pounds of fresh produce, or a week’s worth of meat cuts.
Use whatever’s left in your budget for variety’s sake. Get some fish, some onions or mushrooms to cook with so all your food doesn’t taste like chalk. Or just learn to eat bland foods. It sucks to eat food raw/plain but its better for you, cheaper, and you’ll feel better AFTER you eat. A couple of times a week I just munch on broccoli or baby carrots… shit tastes awful but its over before you know it.
