Muscle Man Apron

I have a problem. Long story short my father had an accident at the end of October and died at the end of November after being in a coma for a month. I am taking a semester or two off from college (senior in college), so I can close out my father’s business and take care of my mother. Since my dad’s accident I gained about 20-25 pounds. Before my dad’s accident I was 5′9″ 175 10% body fat, I completed a marathon in September, did kettlebell workouts 3 times a week, ran 3 times a week (1 long run (10+ miles), 1 medium run (5-7) and a sprint (2-3)). I ate healthy etc. Now that I am away from school and living back in the burbs I haven’t been able to do any of this except an occasional run. I need new workout ideas and I do not have access to kettle bells anymore. And long runs are out of the question too.

more soup in your diet with minimal amounts of salt, preferably Sea Salt, to get your nutrition and balance liquid levels in your body so you don’t feel fatigued when doing plenty of speed-walking.
