Navy Seal Guide to Fitness and Nutrition

lbritish sprinter who's written a book on football fitness

Greeting, All. I own this book, and it’s helpful. Buy it, it’s approved.

Now that I’ve got that past, I’ve got a fitness issue I’d like a little advice on.
Some background:
-I am 5′8”, 185 pounds. Not a fatass, though. I suspect it’s all stored in my ass.
-I play football, wrestle, and play lacrosse. I’m underageB&, yes.
-I have a sort of gut, kind of fatty thighs, and a yoooooge ass. But, I’m not a neckbeard fattie.

Solutions (I can think of):
-Eat better
-Start a training regiment (listed below)

My daily one:
-50 crunches
-35 push ups
-20 leg lifts for 30 seconds each
-50 reps of an 8 pound weight, both arms (too much?)

And how the hell do I get my ass less…huge?

Spot reduction is a myth. When you loose bodyfat, you loose it all over

    Greetings, all.

I saw this book in this thread and it seems helpful. It may even be approved. I wouldn’t tell you to buy what can be had for free though. So, in accordance with my disdain for paying for things that can be had for free, I post this link..

Running is great for all around fitness. Start with like, a mile or so. Then start working upward.

I’ve run a fucklot in Wrestling and football. Running helps, but it doesn’t seem to help me. I had an idea for a schedule…

Monday: Basic regiment (30 reps of each excercise)
    Tuesday: Lacrosse Practice (off)
Wednesday: 25 minute jog, 5 minute walk, 5 minute run. Inside, basic regiment.
    Thursday: Lacrosse Practice (off)
    Friday: Running regiment+basic regiment+extra pullups, weight-lifting, etc.
Saturday: Test day if no Lacrosse practice.

Test is as follows: Run the course of the main road of my development in less than 4 minutes (it’s pretty fucking long) and basic regiments.

OP, I used to be in football as well.

That shit WILL make your ass huge whether you like it or not. (I guess that explains all the ass pats…)

Anyways, what worked for me was: low calorie diet, same level of vitamins and minerals, HIIT, and porn.
