Potential Negative Side Effects

I’m a skinnyfag who has been lifting for 6 months with no gains.I’m not surprised though because it’s very difficult for men in my family to be anything but skinny. I’m not looking to get huge, I just don’t want to look like a victum of the holocaust anymore.
Should I try steroids?
What would be a good steroid to use that has little side effects. Specifically are there any steroids that don’t increase the risk of balding? I don’t mind acne of shrinking balls \as long as I have my hair.

No, you shouldn’t try steroids. You should learn how to gain weight. What do you think is going to happen when you come off a cycle, with your testosterone levels in the basement, and you don’t know how to eat to maintain any mass that you might have gained? You need to be eating to gain mass still even on AAS, and you haven’t figured out how to do that yet.
There is no magic formula to gaining weight, and you’re no different from anyone else. Weight gain is basically calories in > calories out. If you’re not gaining, you’re not eating enough. Find out what your maintenance amount is, and add 500 calories a day to it. Still no weight change after a week or two? Bump it up another 500 calories. Repeat until you start gaining weight, then stick with eating that amount. Keep a food log. Log everything, every day. Don’t be afraid of “cheat” foods or bad foods, your diet doesn’t have to consist of nothing other than 2lbs of chicken breast with broccoli and rice for every meal. Shit, look up GOMAD (Gallon of Milk A Day), and do that.
You not being knowledgable enough to be able to gain weight is not an excuse to do AAS.
You should try steroids, definitely.
Now? No, no way.
Train for 5 years, reach a natural potential, see if you want to take it to the next level, then take a good couple months to research and learn, and then you can start a cycle
As far as eating goes, I already eat as much food as I can fit in my belly. Most days I’m pulling in at least 2000 calories. Good, nutritious food as well, not empty calories.
If I drop below 2k a day I start losing weight FAST, roughly 10 lbs in a week if I only eat around 1500.
The only way I could eat more is if I woke up in the middle of the night to eat and then went back to bed.
Mass Gainer. Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass. Good luck
Holy shit, is that safe or healthy to ingest [he asks in the thread he posts about steroids].
I didn’t know they made shakes of this strength. Maybe I’ll give it a try.
If your on a budget you can make your own shake gainers.
Buy a tub of protein.
1cup of Oats
1scoop of Whey protein
2 tsbp of peanut butter
1cup of milk
Blend and enjoy, roughly 700cals.
god-tier appetizer: drink two oz. of red wine with one egg yolk 30 minutes before a meal.
you will be able to eat unlimited amounts of food.
People shouldn’t be suggesting shakes, IMO. Shakes are great, and have their purpose, absolutely, but he needs to learn to actually eat solid food first.
>Most days I’m pulling in at least 2000 calories.
It looks like you’re saying that as being a good amount of food. That’s around (slightly less maybe) what my girlfriend eats a day. She’s thin, around 125lbs at 5′8″, so what would you think a diet like that is going to do for a male? For another perspective, my last cut, I didn’t drop below what you’re eating to try and gain, until the very end of my cut.
You say you eat until your stomach is full. Stop that. Start eating until you are stuffed, eat until it is uncomfortable. Let it sit for a little bit, and then eat more. Repeat. As for eating only “good, nutritious food,” stop that. Stop worrying about having a few empty calories. You are NOT the person to be worrying about that. The fat person who has eaten sweets for meals all their life, is the one who needs to worry about that. You can get away with that, and it would make bulking easier. Just make sure you’re getting enough protein.
Seriously?
try it
Are you trolling me or does that actually work? Explain the science please. I’m actually on a cut right now, so I don’t know if I wanna try it
This. OP, you’re going on about 2000 calories as if that means something. That’s the the low-end requirement for the average male. When I was exercising to LOSE weight, I was still putting on muscle and eating 3500-4100 calories daily…and I’m a 5′7 woman. If I was doing lots of heavy lifting and ass-kicking intense cardio to lose fat and gain muscle and was taking in up to 4100 calories per day to achieve my goal, what do you think 2000 calories is doing for you?
wtf science? it’s an old trick that gets carried over from generation to generation. restaurants and bodybuilders use it because it works. if you want to know the science behind it i cant help you.
